In cooperation with Data Control, we offer a maintenance and management plan for sports materials. Via the Demonstrable Management System (ABS), all planned maintenance actions, documents (such as certificates), visual inspections and repairs can be kept up-to-date. This makes us the first in the Netherlands to make it possible to manage sports and furnishing materials for (outdoor) sports facilities via a management system. We also take advantage of this to increase safety on the sports facilities. By means of regular sight checks (for example on football goals, hockey goals or dug outs) any defects can be identified and passed on in good time. It is also possible to schedule maintenance so that sports equipment and furnishings are always in optimal condition. With ABS, all sports and equipment materials and locations are identified by means of a coding, a transponder (chip) or x and y coordinates measured with GPS. The sports and equipment materials are included in ABSweb, after which current maintenance or management data can be consulted and adjusted directly and in the field. The user is guided through the necessary actions via ABSweb or the ABSapp (for smartphones) with a simple step-by-step plan. By means of your own unique code, you have access to all relevant data in ABS and can then generate valuable overviews that can serve as a basis for budgets, management or policy plans relating to the sports facility. In addition, ABS provides the possibility to generate work orders for suppliers, contractors, etcetera, in addition to reports. The relevant data is entered outside and is directly available at the office via the internet.
