Another new 3×3 basketball court has been built at the request of the municipality of Amsterdam. The court is located at the Buikslotermeerplein in Amsterdam and is accesible for everyone.
Modular sports floor
The court contains the modular sports floor Patmos Master. This modular sports floor can drain water quickly, making it an ideal sports floor for outdoors. In addition, this floor has the proper damping for athletes. The floor is in anthracite and personalized with the 3×3 unites logo and the 3 crosses of Amsterdam.
Buikslotermeerplein
Buikslotermeerplein is a major project of the municipality and should become the living heart of the North district. In the area, which is located in the Buikslotermeer district, work is underway to create more space for sports, work, green, shopping and going out. To offer more sports facilities and introduce several neighbourhood groups to Urban Sports, a new 3×3 court was designed at the initative of four students from the Leisure & Events Management course, in consultation with the municipality of Amsterdam. The 3×3 court is a great addition to the Buikslotermeerplein project.
