  • Can W&H Sports also provide assembly and installation of the materials?

    Our sports and furnishing materials are of high quality and are produced with the greatest possible care. It is therefore important that these materials are placed correctly. That is why we have an intensive cooperation with our regular installation partner: Sport Installatie Partners. They are specialized in the installation and assembly of our sports and furnishing materials.

  • Does W&H Sports also deliver abroad?

    With big regularity we also realize projects abroad. For example, our materials can already be found in Slovakia, Chad, Haiti, Belgium, the Antilles and the Cayman Islands. We also collaborate with Edel Grass in setting up worldwide FIFA Forward projects! Cool, right?

  • Does W&H Sports also have a showroom?

    We have a small showroom where we can welcome you. Because our delivery program is very extensive, we cannot show you everything. If you would like an appointment, you can always call us for an appointment with a cup of coffee!

  • What is the DIN standard?

    DIN stands for Deutsches Institut für Normung which is based in Berlin. This is a norm-setting agency and issues standards, whether or not based on International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and/or European Standard (EN standards).

  • What is a TÜV certificate?

    A TÜV certificate or TÜV quality mark is a confirmation that a product, service, process or organisation meets the requirements set in legislation, standards and quality marks.

  • Do I need to register to request a quote?

    No, this does not apply. You can easily and quickly request a quotation.

  • How do I request a quotation?

    You can request a quotation by adding products to the quotation setup. For an overview of all selected items you can click on ‘Quotation setup’.

  • How long does it take before I get an answer to a quote request?

    We do everything we can to provide you with an answer within 24 hours. For special requests, this can sometimes take a little longer.

  • I have damage to material. Can W&H Sports play a significant role in repairs?

    We can play a role in the repair or maintenance of our sports and equipment. Depending on the cause and type of damage, this can be repaired on site by our installation partner and otherwise the damage can be carried out by our manufacturer. We would like to receive some photos in advance in order to assess the damage.

  • What happens if no one is on site during delivery?

    In case of absence, we try to contact the relevant contact person or organisation to ensure that materials can still be received.

  • Does W&H Sports also take back old materials?

    This is certainly possible but will be discussed per situation.

  • How do I stay informed of the developments in the market?

    Follow our social media channels or subscribe to our newsletter to make sure you don’t miss anything. At the bottom of this website you will find a form where you can do that.
